My iPhone 12 speakerphone randomly turns off

I have been speaking with Apple support. After many questions and trail and errors, it APPEARS the problem was my Bluetooth Panasonic handheld phones are not compatible with the new Iphone 12. Once I turned the Bluetooth off on the handheld phones I had no more problems. Apple support was absolutely fantastic!
