Hello Maskoob,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!
We understand from your post that after updating your iPhone to iOS 14.2, you are not hearing any alerts. This article has information under the heading, "If you don't see notifications for a specific app", which you may find helpful:

Best Regards.
I am having this same issue on an iPhone 11 with iOS 14.2
Apple released iOS14.2.1 for the iPhone 12, but they excluded earlier iPhones even though they are having the same issue with message notifications
If anyone has a fix let me know. It's quite frustrating that they didn't release iOS 14.2.1 for iPhone 11's
This thread has been dead for over a month. I’m not in the iOS developer kit so I have no way to tell Apple that the issue is widespread other than this thread
I figured a re-“bump” of this thread may help
Sorry you woke up in a terrible mood today :-)
My comment was on the poor quality response from the "Community Specialist". These responses bring down the value of this forum which should have a higher standard. There are incentives to respond to questions simply to level up or earn a badge, creating poor content.
However, your response was helpful in confirming my suspicion of a bug. I've yet to wake up today, yesterday was great though.
Seriously? If you don’t know the answer, don’t respond, no need to just post a basic article on notifications when this person asked a specific question.
It’s a bug in iOS 14.2
