I just had an issue with my new iphone 12 pro after updating to IOS 14.2. Calls started rolling directly to voice mail. Rebooting the phone seems to have fixed the issue for now.
Is anyone else experiencing this, or is it a one off fluke?

I'm experiencing this as well. Phone calls are going straight to voicemail as soon as I upgraded to 14.2. It seems like other people are having the same problem, but I can't find much advice on how to actually fix it since the responses are general "turn off 'Do Not Disturb'" or "turn off 'silence unknown callers.'"
I was able to resolve this issue by power cycling the phone. ONce I did that, I started getting call notifications as expected
