If that message is about some Apple account, then that’s a SCAM! Pure and simple.

Apple won’t send you email (or texts, or call you) about issues with your accounts.

Instead, if it’s a security issue, they’ll simply disable the account, for your security.

The way you’ll find out about an issue with your account it via a message when you next try to access that account.

For instance, if there an issue with your Apple ID, you would have been informed of the issue when you used your Apple ID to log into this site.

If the issue were with a non-Apple email account, it is possible that your email provider was trying to contact you, via your email you have with them.

We are all other users here and have no access to anyone's account.

Sounds like a scam email to me, but hard to tell without more information. You would need to check with Apple re. your account.
