Appstore on iPad Pro doesn't show Hulu, Amazon, Prime Video, etc

My daughter has an iPad Pro that we purchased in 2018. There are some apps that just don't show up in the App Store. Hulu and Amazon Prime video are the two that we're missing the most right now. They show up in the App Store on my iPad purchased in 2019. But if you search for them on my daughter's iPad Pro, they just don't show up in the App Store. Any idea what's going on here or what to do about it?

Thanks,

Pam

My 2017 iPad Pro has no issue seeing these apps in the App Store.

If she has downloaded these apps in the past, do they appear in her Purchases list in her account details on the iPad Pro?

BTW, that isn't an iPad Pro. If it's a 2018 9.7 model, that's a 6th gen iPad. The 2018 iPad Pros are 11 & 12.9 inches.
