Which settings should I use for physical therapy on my Apple Watch?
I recently had a knee replacement and I’m doing physical therapy for just over an hour 3 times a week. I’m not really sure which setting on my Apple Watch. I have been using Court training, but not sure that is the correct one. I would appreciate any help on this. I don’t want to give myself too much credit on the workouts yet I also don’t want to count it as too low. Thank you
