Which settings should I use for physical therapy on my Apple Watch?

I recently had a knee replacement and I’m doing physical therapy for just over an hour 3 times a week. I’m not really sure which setting on my Apple Watch. I have been using Court training, but not sure that is the correct one. I would appreciate any help on this. I don’t want to give myself too much credit on the workouts yet I also don’t want to count it as too low. Thank you

On the watch,tap on workout and scroll down to the bottom and tap on add workout,a list will appear with about 80 workout types just tap on the one that you think is suitable.
