How to make iPhone stop calling 911?

My iPhone 11 keeps on calling 911 without my knowing. Its very annoying, especially when I hear some dispatcher yelling at me from my phone. How do I make it stop? I already turned off “emergency SOS” but it didn’t stop.

Also, how do I stop it from taking pictures without me knowing? I might open the Photos app and find a whole bunch of nonsense pictures.

Also, how do I remove the Flashlight icon from the Lock Screen? I often find the flashlight has come on for no reason.

Basically I want the Lock Screen to be a Lock Screen like it was on my old iPhone.

Turning off Tap to Wake will stop a lot of those problems.

I have no idea why your iPhone seems to have a mind of its own, but consider the following suggestions.

See if 911 is shown under "Recents". If it is, swipe left and delete it. The reason for that suggestion is that when I inadvertently call someone it's usually the same someone, so if your iPhone dialed 911 in the past perhaps it's just doing it again as a "recent". It's more likely to happen if you keep your iPhone in a pocket.
Pictures of the floor etc: I don't know, but it's usually the result of some inadvertent button-pushing on my part.
Settings > Control Center? Access and customize Control Center on your iPhone and iPod touch. You can get rid of Flashlight although I suspect that's not what you're complaining about.

Doesn't work for me. Somehow I am still getting the "call 911" slider on Lock Screen, I don't know why. Fortunately I have caught it every time before I accidentally hit the button. I am also taking pictures and videos inadvertently. I wish there was a way to shut off these misfeatures. There's a lot about the iPhone 11 that makes me mad.

I'm marking this as solved even though I don't like it. Ideally the lock screen should not have any active functions on it, only passive notifications. Hoping Apple decides to make those buttons optional in a future update.

The camera is an icon on the lock screen, apparently you can't get rid of it.

The 911 calls happen from the lock screen, apparently from pushing two buttons at once. I tried to disable it but when I rebooted the problem came back. The problem is aggravated by hair-trigger buttons.

What I really want is a lock screen without these anxiety inducing features. The way my iPhone 6 was.
