iPhone XR Screen Ghosting

Hi, does anyone know how to fix an XR screen from ghosting and doing whatever it wants?

Mine has been doing it for about 3 months now on and off and it will just scroll through apps, open pages, type its own messages, tries to unlock my screen when locked! Rebooting it works for a bit then just goes back to doing what it wants!

It was a known issue on the X with a Display Module Replacement Program set up to fix it FoC through Apple Support, but this hasnt been done yet for the XR, even though its the same issue!

And i dont fancy having to buy a new screen for an issue that already exists?

How do i go about reporting this to make it a known issue to Apple?

Hi MoonJ,

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately i went through them first and they just sent me to a store to get the screen replaced, at full price! Because there isnt a Display Module Replacement Program in place like the X has (link below), they wont acknowledge this is a system fault and fix it under warranty, even though it is exactly the same issue!
