Google Timeline Not Working

I have an Iphone 12 and can't get Google Timeline to work. I've checked all the settings. Any help would be appreciated.

Turn on "Location Service" -> Google Map: Always. Turn on: Setting Cellular, Google Map ..... When I open Google Map and minimize it, it can work but when I close it, it doesn't work in background.
