Hi, if I order a 12 Pro Max from apple USA website, will they deliver to Mexico? Are they any customs to be paid apart form the mentioned tax

Generally they will not deliver to another country. There is also the issue of warranty service. Generally the warranty is only valid in the country of purchase.
You should wait until the phone is available in Mexico.
