Helium and IPhone 12Pro
Has the helium issue previously experienced in older iPhone models been resolved in the new IPhone 12 pro?

I believe what you’re referring to is the effect of helium rendering iPhones unable to boot (usually temporarily)
I do not know the answer to your question for sure but I would imagine it is still the case. It is not usually considered an “issue” and is speculated to only be present because of a component iPhones use to measure time. This component is superior to quartz in a number of ways and is likely to still be used in the newest phones.
I do stress though, this is all speculation.
