I have just bought a new Macbook air using student discount.
When chatting to the specialist online she said I needed to send a verification to apple of my student enrolment in the next 24 hours , where can I do this?
I also wasn't informed about the promotion of the free Airpods which I am really disappointed about and would like this sorting.

I am in the U.S. I do not now, and never have, work(ed) for Apple. I am guessing you’re in the U.K.

The specialist handed me no information on this and I have checked through all the documents and emails and there is no where to select it.
Will need this re sending or some help on where to send this too/ how.

Undoubtedly the specialist informed you exactly how to send the verification, and/or you have it in your purchase documentation.
The AirPod promotion expired about a month ago.
