Streaming explicit music

For some odd reason i can't stream explicit songs on my laptop(windowsOS) but i can on my IPhone. It just says "Not Playable" when i try to play it from my library. I can add explicit songs to my library (from laptop) and i'm not under parental control. Any ideas?
