Reboot Loop, Restore Error 4013

Hi All,

My iPhone X was functioning perfectly when I went to bed. When I woke up, it was in a reboot loop. When I try to update or restore, I get the message -->

The iPhone “iPhone” could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (4013).

I can't call Apple obviously, and they don't have any other contact method at this time. I'm really hoping there is an inexpensive solution... Help please!
