iPad missing calculator
Why does iPad not have a calculator built in, like the iPhone and iPod Touch?

Because Apple chose not to include the Calculator, Stocks, Weather or Clock app. This is a user-to-user support site so beyond that no one here knows. There are many calc apps available.
