monthly charge

I have a $14.99 monthly family plan why can't I get my unlimited music. I still get charged for the music when I order it?

Even when you are subscribed to Apple Music you can still purchase music if you want to. The rights to listen to Apple Music end if you don't have an active subscription while the rights to purchased music do no expire. See the following for instructions for Apple Music and also for buying music:
