I don’t know if it’s just me but VR 360 is shaking rapidly on iPhone 7 Plus. And I can’t seem to fix it. When I reset my phone, it doesn’t shake for a while, but after a day or two, it starts shaking again. A bug they really need to fix

I am experiencing the same thing on an Iphone X running IOS 14. The problem is not isolated to one
app, but all VR apps are having this issue. Restarting the phone works as a temporary fix as stated by OP.
Sounds like something you should bring up to the developers of the App... not Apple. Apple doesn't produce that software.
It can’t be the apps because I already downloaded several and the result it the same. Shaky VR quality. Only the Youtube VR is okay so far.
