What it means by 'getting your replacement item ready'

I am applying for a refund, not a replacement. But the order status seems strange about it...

Is everything on the right track?

Apple return and refund help Do apple refunds usually take a long time? I made another post about this yesterday but got no replies maybe I'm posting in the wrong section, I might call tomorrow. I'm really worried. I accidentally printed my return label twice for a leather iphone case, and the tracking number changes everytime you do that, so now the tracking number in my account is wrong and it's showing as not being sent. The correct tracking number is lost to me and my account, I didn't take a photo or get a receipt from UPS, and I didn't see any instructions from my return process to print a receipt and put it inside the package. The only information linking the package to me is my name and address on the shipping label, is that enough for the returns department to process my refund? It's $88 (in Canada) and that is a lot of money for me I really hope I don't lose it.

order status very complicating I have order a new iphone 15 pro. after opening up the Apple app I noticed that delivery delayed and also there is a return order made with a return number automstically, that I did not create. then there is another notice that a REPLACEMENT iphone 15 pro shipped to me. What is that replacement ?? is it a NEW iphone or.....what is going on?
