Apple TV 1 year with iPad

I bought a new iPad back in February, and got 1 free year of Apple TV. I just traded that iPad in and bought the latest iPad, that also comes with 1 free year of Apple TV. why is that not reflecting in my subscription when I open Apple TV?

Users get to redeem one Apple TV+ offer, regardless of the number of devices purchased.
