I'm transfering from my XR 256g to 12 Pro and it's stuck on a white screen. I can't turn it off. I've pluged it into the Mac and still nothing. Any suggestions?

Now it's stuck on updating icloud settings and won't go to any other screen. Keeps locking.
I restarted it again and my apps and other things were missing. So now I'm installing everything from phone to phone, not from iCloud. Hopefully this works.
