iQuiz?

I want to install a test on my ipod so I can quiz myself as I go. Before I go further, here's the link, just in case this helps any:

I was reading the directions and I looks like I need something named iQuiz in order to get the file onto my ipod? I can't seem to find anything like this, only a program called iQuiz Maker, which isn't what I want.
Does anyone know where I can find this iQuiz and get it on my ipod?
