I recently saw in apple site with education pricing that when I select the MacBook Pro 13 inch to buy and in the last section the Pro Apps Bundle for Education is there and no extra price is increase when I select Pro Apps Bundle for Education(Pre installed software like FCPX etc which are costly).
My question is that the softwares(FCPX) are free of use with the new MacBook Pro M1 chip?
I also did few tests in different countries and the bundle was not free.

I just priced a new MacBook Pro 13" with M1, in the Portuguese store for education, and the ProApps Bundle is NOT a free option, it still costs the same as before.

May have sounds like they don’t know. I think it more likely was a mistake on the website. The bundle is still a fantastic deal.

Well... These "specialists" usually have no clues about this commercial stuff. It is not their fault.
You most likely saw the effect of an Apple CDN propagation delay. Very common.

Just out of curiosity, why do you need the Pro Apps Bundle?
iMovie and GarageBand are 2 very good apps which may be capable of doing everything you want . . . and they are free.
