Hey there Doumsday,

We'd like to help however we can to get your Outlook account working right. While it's good that the folders still show, let's start ruling out some possible causes as to why the emails in those folders aren't showing:

  1. If you log into the Outlook website, then check the same folders, let us know if the same issue occurs.
  2. The latest version is iOS 14.2. You can check which one is installed within Settings > General > About. Just in case, here's a link that'll show how to first back up, then update: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
  3. If you're also not able to send nor receive email using your Outlook account, follow the steps here: If you can't receive email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
  4. If you have other email accounts set up in your iPhone, like iCloud mail for example, please let us know if the same issue occurs with those accounts.

We look forward to hearing back from you about these details, and take care!
