Processing Order is taking long

Note that with the launch of a new iPhone, the excitement surrounding it can lead to demand exceeding the initial supply. Your order should tell you within what date range you can expect to receive your phone. Did it not? When the phone is getting close to shipping, its status will change from Processing to Preparing to Ship, then Shipped. The later two stages happen very quickly. Processing will typically be the status until a couple days from the date you'll get your phone and that date will most likely be within the date range promised when you placed the order.

You're very welcome. The wait is the worst part, but this too shall pass and soon you'll have your new phone in hand and hopefully loving it.
