Since I have update IPhone XR to latest update I am not able to delete any App from it no option for delete app is coming , I can only remove from Home Screen but it’s not deleted . No option to delete from App Library even after long hold

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases
Is Deleting Apps marked Allow?
I just tried to remove an App from the App Library and it works just fine. Which app are you trying to remove? Some Apple Apps can't be removed from iPhone.
any app recently installed ,tried with those I can delete previously

You get the pop-up menu, when you long press an icon.
Touch very lightly!
Normally you get at least 3 menu items
If you don't, check your Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes and App Store Purchases >
Deleting Apps: select Allow here.
Note: Content & Privacy Restrictions must be enabled to see/make changes.
