Apple watch activity detection issue

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had any issues with Apple watch SE in not recording/ detecting the activity, especially walk and running. Apple says that if you forget to record your activity, apple watch does remind you after certain time, but I had issues with Apple watch SE, I replaced the wtach 3 times and all of thosa had this issue. In the end, I had to return the watch for a refund, but now I have no watch, and want to get one. Any suggestions?
