Display not working correctly

I was using my phone (iPhone 11 - iOS 14.2) swapped apps and the previous app remains in the background, closed all apps but my display started to show a lot of lines across the screen, it gets worst if i continue to use the phone.

Tried and didn't work:

• Hard reset
• Turn Off for a period of time

Notes: Camera and Touch are working properly.
