Viber no connectivity

Please I need to know why does Viber show me “no connectivity” message although the internet is working!!

What puzzles me most is that neither the application nor the links work.

I don't use Viber (so I don't know if there is anything wrong related to your Viber account), but let's try some troubleshooting steps (and test the connection after each attempt):

  1. A "forced" restart of your iPhone, using these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
  2. Clear Safari History:--> Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support . When done, restart your iPhone (just turn it off, wait for 30-45 seconds, turn it back on and try again to open the links I sent you.
  3. Delete Viber app, restart the iPhone, then redownload/reinstall Viber

Please let me know how it goes.

P.S. As far as point #2 is concerned, what happens if you use a computer to open the links I posted? (they are working fine on my Windows PC).
