What puzzles me most is that neither the application nor the links work.
I don't use Viber (so I don't know if there is anything wrong related to your Viber account), but let's try some troubleshooting steps (and test the connection after each attempt):

P.S. As far as point #2 is concerned, what happens if you use a computer to open the links I posted? (they are working fine on my Windows PC).
If it happens using Viber only, contact that app's support team and ask them.

Thank you for your reply. Yes only with Viber, the problem is that even the website for Viber doesn’t load.. it gives me error loading from server..
None of them open too! Very weird
Are you sure your Internet access is okay? What happens if you open Youtube and search for a video?
How did you try to open the links I provided? Are you using Safari?
Yes the internet is working properly I’m using it now to send this, i used Safari yes
It seems like everything related to viber is not working on my mobile, the app doesn’t connect and their website doesn’t work! Very weird
