I just got approved for Apple card via browser, then I try add card to wallet, and I see this message: account services unavailable apple pay services are currently unavailable. please try again later.

Apple support has helped me resolve this.
The problem was - my country in Phone settings was "Canada" not "USA" - after I have corrected the country then everything worked just fine.
