IOS 14.2 is not downloading in my ipadpro

Does your router block the contact to Apple servers?
Did you try to use your computer instead?
My iPad Pro AND my friend’s iPad Pro will not automatically and manually update to 14.2. I was told to connect to itunes via a computer but I do not have access to this. My daughter’s Mac Pro is too old and my work windows computer blocks iTunes. This sounds like it is more that an isolated issue.
