Hello! My MacBook Pro 2020 13-inch’s caps lock key has its light on all the time. I tried resetting SMC and NVRAM or RAM. And it still didn’t work. I hope you could help me. And when I press the Caps Lock and typed “Enter” it shows different characters such as “0P;/P0;/“ please help me.

Looks like you are having some trouble with the caps lock key having it's light stuck on with your MacBook Pro. We can absolutely see how that would be an issue and are happy to help! Just to make sure, when you did that NVRAM reset did you follow these steps? Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac. Try booting into safe mode and seeing if the issue also continues there: How to use safe mode on your Mac. Lastly you may want to update your macOS software: How to update the software on your Mac.
