iPhone simulator in Xcode how to get apps from app store?

iPhone simulator in Xcode how to get apps from app store? 

In the iPhone simulator in Xcode when I try to download software form the app store I get the following message:

I am new to this.  I want to download Claris Filemaker Go from the App store to test a database written in FMP for Mac.  

How does one do this and how does one get an App Store icon on the desktop?

What needs to happen in order for it to work?
