iphone swiping up by itself

why is it when i get a new iphone 11 the display swipes up randomly its not a ghost touch. for example when im on tiktok it swipes up or scrolls up missing like the videos that are below and on safari it goes to the bottom of the page.

is it because it is matching my movements as i like to scroll about more and more frequently using my thumb

Proximity sensor iPhone 14 Pro Max Have an issue with proximity sensor. When I receive a call and see the slide to answer there is lock icon in dynamic island. I put it in my ear and screen goes off (correct) but when I move it away from my ear (to see the screen), the screen has a delay to show for 2 seconds. If I unlock the phone the delay goes away! Of course everything works ok when I call someone (because the phone it's already unlocked). Proximity sensor works great then. So what I mean is that proximity sensor is slow to lighten screen when the phone is locked. With my previous iPhone 13 Pro everything is ok. Any thoughts?

Change 3D or Haptic Touch sensitivity on your iPhone

Go to Settings and tap Accessibility.
Tap Touch, then tap 3D & Haptic Touch. Depending on the device you have, you might see 3D Touch or Haptic Touch only.*
Turn on the feature, then use the slider to select a sensitivity level.
