My E key fell off... what should I do?..

On my 2017 15" Macbook Pro (almost maxed up version) , a week ago my E key fell off and it seems impossible to clip it back on. It fell off suddenly while typing and it really sucks. Other than the key repeating that my Macbook is seeming to experience which I hate, now the E key fell off..

I am not even an heavy typer but this Macbook Pro's issues really started to make me upset. The battery says it is required servicing, actually it lasts nothing anymore. I have been using Mac computers for 20 years and I have never experienced such low quality on any of their device. My previous 15" Macbook Pro (2012 Retina) when I changed it with this 2017 Macbook Pro was lasting longer on battery even tho it was older. No matter how much I love my IPad Pro (2015 model) which is still going strong, my experience with this Macbook Pro (even tho I find it very beautiful) has been a disaster. The battery problem I could still overlook, but the keyboard problem is really unacceptable for a device I paid around 3500 euros in Italy.

Is there any way/trick to put the E key back on my computer?
