how do i search my photo library for largest videos without a mac

I've reached 2tb of photos and content in my icloud storage. I want to delete the largest videos I have but don't know how to sort the files by size. I have a 256gb surface pro 7 so don't think downloading the files to my computer is the best option. any suggestions?

Here’s a roundabout way: Log in to https://icloud.com and click on Photos. Then select all and download them to your computer. There you can sort them by size. Or install the Dropbox (or box.com) app on your phone and set it to sync your photos. You can then log in to Dropbox on your computer and sort them by size.

You are right, that you can’t view individual photos in iCloud settings. Music, yes, Photos, no.

Thanks for trying to help Lawrence. I don’t know all the details but I know that iCloud backs up as you go. I’ve had a number of phones while having the same iCloud storage. Regardless, I’m looking for a way to filter/sort the largest video files so I can review and delete those.

I may be mistaken but I don’t think the method you’re suggesting allows you to do anything beyond bulk delete everything. Am I missing something?
