Your Apps are not stored in your iCloud storage space. Apps are kept in the cloud in Apple’s online App Store.
If you’re trying to remove an App from your purchase history in the App Store, you cannot do so. It is not possible to edit your purchase history. All you can do is hide apps so they don’t display there -> Hide purchases from the App Store - Apple Support
