If it is for a subscription, see instructions in See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

If it is for upgraded iCloud storage, cancel by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See instructions in: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud storage plan - Apple Support

If you aren't sure what it is for, see If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
