No able to upgrade to Big Sur software

I am not able to download the upgrade for the new software the Big Sur while I am currently using the Catalina in the software update tab in settings it is showing for me (an error occur while installing the selected option) what is the solution?

It's a known issue, Apple's servers are overloaded as the entire world tries to download the updates at once.

Hopefully it should get resolved soon..

Cant go to big sur Im trying to upgrade to Catalina, but the thing only lets me get Big Sur. I used a redirect link that takes me directly to the catalina page on the app store. I click Get. It takes me to the Software Update and it is looking for the update. Then a message pops up saying that the update could not be found. See Attached image.
