Although there is no problem with my internet connection, I am having slow download problems in app store downloads.

It sounds like you are having issues downloading apps from the App Store. We’d like to help however we can.

To start, which device is this happening on and which version of OS is it currently running? Does this happen on multiple networks and over cellular data as well?

Hello,

Thank you for your help. My phone model is 7 plus, the ios operating system I currently use is 14.2.

The problem is happening in all wifi and local network. I think it's a software problem, I would appreciate it if you could help.

Roughly how long does it take for an app to download from the App Store? Does this happen with apps that have a larger file size or with every app no matter how big it is?

Also, are you able to update apps without issue or does something similar occur?

Update apps or use automatic downloads
