Hey suzieQ46,

We understand that you're no longer seeing the weather temperature and are not able to restart your Apple Watch. We want to help with this! Let's start with force restarting your Apple Watch to see if that helps with the temperature and being able to normally shutdown and restart your watch. Follow the steps under "Force restart your Apple Watch" here: How to restart your Apple Watch

Since you're restarting your watch, it's also a good idea to restart your iPhone so they both have fresh connections: Restart your iPhone

If you're still having an issue with the temperature, remove your city and add it back: Check the weather on Apple Watch

If you're still experiencing an issue, let us know more details:

  • Does this happen with all watch faces, and if not, which one does it happen with?
  • If you change to a different city, does the temperature show?

The more details you can provide the better.

Take care.
