Big Sur installation failed and wastes large space

Hello everyone,

I've downloaded Big Sur update and there was 37GB free on the startup disk and after agreeing with the terms it starts to extract the packages to install

and suddenly, stopped and I got a message saying "try to install again"

and the free space on the disk decreases to 25GB

I tried to install it again but it says "do not have enough space"

so, I cannot install the update because I lost 12GB and I don't know how to delete the files took this space to install the update.

Thanks.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15
