Not receiving certain emails in my iCloud email account
I'm not receiving emails from certain business email addresses. Are they blocked by Apple? If so how can I unblock so I can receive all emails again?

You can remove the mail address that are blocked select them and click on subtract sign https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/mail/cpmlprefjunk/14.0/mac/11.0 in mail preferences of Mac application .
Today there has been problem with iCloud Mail, as shown on the system status page. This is supposed to be fixed now.
