Mac OS Big Sur on Older Mac Mini

Can Mac Os Sur be updated with MAC mini 2.3 QC? From the tech specifications Mac mini (Late 2012) isn't on the list. I'm not able to update Garage Band. Thank you for responses.

No you cannot upgrade to Big Sur. You must have a 2014 MacMini or newer.

Your options are buy a newer MacMini or continue using your current version

of Garage Band.
