I deleted an app then wanted to install it again. But App Store shows that it’s already installed in my iPhone. I restarted the phone and the ghost app appeared with a white icon. I deleted the ghost app again but App Store still thinks that it’s installed in my phone. I restated the phone the second time. The ghost app reappeared in the same way.
how can I totally uninstall it and install it back normally? Help

We'd love to assist you with deleting the apps. If you go to the App Store and search for the app, does it still show the option to open it? Also, does restarting the iPhone using the steps here: Restart your iPhone ?

Since it shows the open option, then it sounds like it is still recognizing it on the device. Are you able to delete the app from Settings > General > iPhone Storage? Also, were you able sign out of the App Store and back in, in Settings > Tap your name > Media & Purchases?

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.

in AppStore it shows “open”, not that icon of “download from the cloud”.
And yes I restarted the iPhone in the same way written in the article you sent.
Have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restarting the device, and then signing back in?
Hello Eric! Just tried. I signed out of App Store and my iPhone, restarted the device and signed in. The white logo of the app is still there all the way 😭
