No signal bars

There no signal bars on my phone and I have been trying to ring Apple support for over 2 hours today and each time I’m talking I get cut off. As you can see with the black circle around no signal bars and when I turn of my WiFi I don’t get the 4g there either. I put my SIM card in a different phone and that works fine

Hello Chocbar85,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you are having issues with the signal on your iPhone.

That was a great idea trying your SIM card in another iPhone and isolates this to your iPhone. At any point, do you see 'No Service' or 'Searching' on your iPhone? Try the troubleshooting steps from If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad.

Does this happen in all locations or a particular location?

Thanks!
