Won’t update
I was told to come an speak to one of you guys for my phone that keeps saying no service and that my device is not eligible to activate and I can’t make it recieve calls till I get the iOS 14 update. I need help

start here If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
