I've been charged for this service but did not ask for it. Do I need it?

I’ve checked my bank and my credit card and so far there has not been a charge!
I did however call one of the numbers provided... sounded like a busy call center in India...the guy kept asking me if I wanted to cancel and would not answer any of my questions! I had trouble understanding him so I hung up!!!
You don't even have a PC. You have a Mac. If it has been charged to your credit card, I would go to the credit card co. and tell them it is a scam to get the charge reverses. Do so ASAP.

What is PC HEAL 360. I received a notice that I was charged $359.00 for this. ?
Check your credit card statement. I received an email saying something similar. I know 100% it is a scam. They want you to contact them so they can get your info to rip you off.
Did you get billed by them at all? I'm interested as I too have been contacted via email fro them. I have no idea who they are.
Just delete the email. It is a complete scam. They want you to click on the link so that you give them your cc details etc. They will rip you off if you give them your details.

I saved a copy first, because I'm forwarding a copy to the FTC/State Attorney General, then I deleted it!
I’m waiting to get our credit card statement and will deal with it if it’s actually been charged
