We understand that the delete button isn't working on your iPad's keyboard. Have you had the chance to restart your iPad and reconnect your keyboard since noticing this behavior? You'll also want to make sure that you Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to the latest release available.

If the delete button still won't work, we'd ask that you Contact Apple for support and service.
