Robokiller will not go away

There is no management profile to delete in my phone. I've deleted the app, reset the network, restarted the phone, contacted tech coach, googled the company (which had me do *73 and worked for the test call and one incoming unknown and then stopped working and went back to intercepting unknowns silently) and I CANNOT GET RID OF THIS STUPID APP. It's in there somewhere and I can't find it. HELP!!!
