I set up alarms to remind my wife to take her medications on her iPhone. I had made up alarm labels for this purpose. Since her memory is not great can Siri read the alarm label when it's time for the alarm and repeat until the alarm is acknowledged. I am using an iPhone SE model with ios 14.1.

While you can speak to Siri to set up alarms, or to ask when the next alarm is: How to set and manage alarms on your iPhone - Apple Support , there isn't a way to have Siri actually read the alarm label when it is displayed.
We recommend checking the App Store for apps that are designed to do what you want. You can also read the app reviews to see if it will meet your needs.
